The Monterey Bay Aquarium is noble on many accounts. However, this tribute is dedicated to their Seafood Watch Program. This research and educational program is consistently updated so consumers, chefs and businesses can choose the best sustainable seafood to purchase or order. Thus, saving our ocean habitats and wildlife. What would the world be like if we depleted all the saltwater and freshwater fish because of overfishing and overconsumption?
